Stefanie Thomas

Stefanie Thomas is a Managing Director at Zeal Capital Partners, where she oversees strategic growth in pre-seed investments under the Barclays Black Formation Investments initiative. Previously, she served as a founding member and investor at Impact America Fund, helping to grow the venture firm's assets under management from $7 million to $110 million. During her tenure, Thomas evaluated over 1,500 startup companies, led 25 financings ranging from pre-seed to Series B, and worked on a landmark investment led by Andreessen Horowitz. Her earlier career includes serving as a Vice President within Citigroup’s global banking division and earning degrees from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. Thomas currently focuses on inclusive investing strategies that provide early-stage capital to high-growth technology companies led by Black and underrepresented founders.
