Stefanie Karwoski

Stefanie Karwoski is an Associate at Silicon Road Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm specializing in commerce technology investments. Working alongside Managing Partner Sid Mookerji, she helps deploy capital from the firm's $31 million institutional fund, which was fully deployed across 16 portfolio companies by early 2022. In her current capacity, Karwoski targets pre-seed to Series A funding rounds, focusing on check sizes ranging from $100,000 to $2,000,000 with a typical initial investment of $500,000. Before joining her current firm, she gained professional experience through roles at Catalyst by Wellstar, the global community Global Women in VC, and Parable, and she recently represented her firm at the 2022 MBA East VCIC event. Her current investment focus centers on evaluating emerging startups across retail, e-commerce, financial technology, logistics, and artificial intelligence sectors to support broader industry innovation.
