Stefan Schaff

Stefan Schaff is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Codyco, an AI hospitality technology company based in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. Under his leadership, the Y Combinator-backed startup has secured between $500,000 and $1 million in early funding to develop artificial intelligence reservation teams for hotel groups. Previously, Schaff served as the Head of Data and AI at Motius from 2020 to 2025, where he managed a technical team that scaled from three to twelve members. During his tenure, he directed a €2 million project to rebuild the global invoice analytics infrastructure for Siemens and executed large-scale cloud migrations using Amazon Web Services. He also delivered multi-million-euro analytics programs for various DAX-listed corporations.
