Stefan Nagel

Stefan Nagel is a Managing Partner at Round2 Capital Partners, a revenue-based financing firm located in Vienna, Austria. Founded in 2017, the investment firm provides growth capital to European B2B software scale-ups and currently manages a portfolio of more than 30 companies alongside partners Jan Hillered and Isabella Hermann-Schoen. Prior to his current investment role, Nagel spent more than 10 years at McKinsey & Company, where he advised corporate clients in the telecommunications and high-tech sectors on corporate finance, large transactions, and strategic transformations. He holds a business degree from the WHU – Otto Beisheim Graduate School of Management, which included academic study periods in the United States and Russia. Nagel currently focuses on identifying financing candidates, structuring revenue-based loans, and acting as a business angel for early-stage technology enterprises across the European market.
