Stanley Rao

Stanley Rao is an Angel Investor at the Winning Together Fund based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California, United States. Prior to launching the fund in 2024, he served as the Co-founder and CEO of Heap, a software analytics platform that reached over 10,000 customers and $50 million in annual recurring revenue before its $200 million acquisition by Contentsquare in 2023. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Greylock Partners and earned a degree in Computer Science from Stanford University. Through his current fund, Rao has built a portfolio of more than 20 investments, backing prominent technology companies such as Retool, which recently reached a $3.2 billion valuation. His current investment strategy focuses on providing seed and pre-seed capital to early-stage technology startups operating across the artificial intelligence, developer tools, and SaaS sectors.
