Stanislav Sirakov

Stanislav Sirakov is a General Partner at LAUNCHub Ventures based in Sofia, Bulgaria. He directs early-stage technology investments across Southeastern and Central Eastern Europe, writing pre-seed and seed checks ranging from €300,000 to €3 million. Sirakov helps manage the firm's €74 million third fund, backing prominent regional technology startups such as Quantive, FintechOS, and Giraffe360. Prior to his venture capital career, he held executive management positions in the financial and insurance sectors between 1999 and 2007 before founding his own independent financial technology company in 2008. Under his leadership alongside partners like Lyuben Belov, LAUNCHub has seen 75% of its portfolio companies secure follow-on capital totaling more than €400 million to date. His current investment focus centers on B2B enterprise software, artificial intelligence, and digital health applications developed by regional founders and the broader diaspora.
