Stan Miroshnik

Stan Miroshnik is the Founder and Managing Partner of TenSquared Capital, a growth equity firm focused on the digital asset ecosystem, based in Los Angeles, California. Previously, he served as a Co-founder and Partner at 10T Holdings, where he helped manage a $1.2 billion private equity fund dedicated exclusively to growth-stage blockchain companies. His nearly 25-year career in traditional finance and global corporate strategy includes his prior tenure as an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley and as Executive Vice President of Strategy and M&A at TNK BP. Transitioning into the cryptocurrency sector, Miroshnik also held executive leadership positions as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the fintech investment bank Element Group. Today, his current investment strategy centers on Web3 infrastructure, decentralized finance, and tokenization technologies that bridge traditional and frontier capital markets.
