Sri Somasundaram

Sri Somasundaram is currently a Co-founder at Latent, an artificial intelligence technology company developing advanced machine learning solutions. He previously pursued a Master of Science in Computer Science at Stanford University, conducting research at the Stanford Vision Lab under Professor Fei-Fei Li. His academic background includes undergraduate research at the University of Southern California's Cognitive Learning for Vision and Robotics Lab under Professor Joseph J. Lim. Somasundaram has contributed to scientific literature by publishing research on molecular binding patterns and language models in prominent venues including Nature, ICML, and ICLR. Prior to founding Latent, he built his engineering experience through technical roles and internships at Hebbia, Riot Games, Raytheon, and Quid starting in 2015. His current professional focus centers on advancing reinforcement learning, robotics, and the deployment of sophisticated learning algorithms for complex real-world applications.
