Spenser Skates is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Amplitude, a publicly traded digital analytics platform operating within the B2B software sector. He established the enterprise in 2012 to provide organizations with data-driven product insights, eventually guiding the firm through its initial public offering in 2021. During his tenure as chief executive, Skates has scaled the company into a prominent product analytics provider that currently supports over 3,000 paying customers. Before transitioning into the enterprise software industry, he began his professional career in the financial sector as an algorithmic trader at DRW Trading Group. He completed his undergraduate education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering.
