Soy Hwang is the Co-founder and Business and Design Lead at R.care, a digital health company focused on providing science-backed eating disorder recovery programs. Prior to establishing this behavioral health startup, she worked at Boston Consulting Group Digital Ventures, where she utilized her design expertise to build new corporate startups and digital products for Fortune 500 companies. Hwang launched R.care as part of the Y Combinator Winter 2021 batch alongside a dedicated three-person founding team. The company's technical infrastructure is supported by her co-founders, who previously held engineering and development roles at major technology firms and institutions including Google, Amazon Web Services, and Harvard.
