Sorena Amini

Sorena Amini is the COO and Co-founder of Solva, an artificial intelligence operating system developed for insurance claims automation. Founded in 2025, the 15-person startup participated in the Y Combinator S25 batch and secured early-stage financial backing from executives associated with OpenAI and other prominent technology firms. Before launching Solva, Amini directed operations at KeyTo, where he helped scale the enterprise's revenue from $60 million to $250 million. His earlier corporate career includes focusing on the InsurTech sector during his tenure at Citi, alongside managing growth and product development initiatives at Talentech. Additionally, his current founding team previously established a European neobank that currently processes over €1 billion in transaction volume annually. Amini currently focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence to modernize legacy financial infrastructure and streamline complex claims processing workflows within the traditional insurance industry.
