Sophie Lamparter

Sophie Lamparter is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of DART Labs, an early-stage venture fund and incubator based in San Francisco and Zurich. Prior to launching DART Labs in 2018, she spent nearly a decade at swissnex San Francisco, ultimately serving as Associate Director where she facilitated transatlantic partnerships for early-stage Swiss technology startups. During her tenure at the Swiss government-backed innovation outpost, she evaluated hundreds of emerging technologies and spearheaded strategic initiatives connecting European founders with Silicon Valley investors. Lamparter holds a degree from the University of Zurich and has actively collaborated with research organizations like the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the World Economic Forum to promote interdisciplinary innovation. Her current investment focus centers on backing pre-seed and seed-stage companies developing sustainable technologies, spatial computing, and human-centric digital health solutions across global markets.
