Soo Lee

Soo Lee is currently an Investment Director at IFM Investors, where she focuses on the origination, analysis, structuring, and execution of various large-scale infrastructure investments. In this capacity, she manages the full lifecycle of capital deployment and oversees ongoing portfolio management for the firm's diverse infrastructure assets. As part of her corporate governance responsibilities, she also serves as a member of the board of directors for Impala Terminals. Prior to joining IFM Investors, Lee worked at Macquarie Group, where she operated as a key member of the firm's specialized Infrastructure and Energy team. Earlier in her professional career, she gained foundational financial expertise by working within the global investment banking division at Barclays. Her current focus centers entirely on institutional infrastructure investing, active corporate governance, and complex financial structuring across global energy and logistics markets.
