Sondre Rasch

Sondre Rasch is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of SafetyWing, a global provider of insurance and benefits for remote workers and digital nomads. Under his executive leadership, the startup has successfully raised $50 million in venture capital funding and scaled its internal operations to include a 150-person workforce distributed across more than 60 countries. Prior to establishing SafetyWing, he co-founded SuperSide, an outsourcing platform connecting corporate businesses with freelance designers that participated in the Y Combinator Winter 2016 batch. Before entering the private technology sector, Rasch studied economics and computer science, subsequently serving as a dedicated social policy advisor for the Government of Norway. His professional background bridges public policy and software entrepreneurship, with a current focus on building borderless infrastructure and a comprehensive social safety net tailored for the international remote workforce.
