In this capacity, she oversees venture capital allocations across the financial technology, enterprise software, and deep technology sectors while managing the firm's routine investment workflows. Saldanha has been integral to executing the firm's capital deployments in several notable portfolio companies, including Exponent Energy, Wint Wealth, Fego, Everstage, and Growfin. Prior to assuming her current position on the investments team, she served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at 3one4 Capital. During her earlier tenure, she developed internal systems and operational processes designed to optimize deal coverage and sourcing while maintaining a lean organizational structure.
