Gupta holds an undergraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and completed specialized training in synthetic biology and bio-design at Stanford University. As a registered patent holder, he leverages his biotechnology expertise to engineer alternative dairy solutions, an initiative originally prompted by his own vegetarian diet and his spouse's milk intolerance during pregnancy. His current focus centers on scaling UnReal Milk to commercialize synthetic biology applications and build the world's first personalized food brand for the alternative protein market.
