Soami Kapadia

Soami Kapadia is the Co-Founder of YouLearn.AI and is currently based in Mountain View, United States. Founded in April 2023 and backed by Y Combinator, his education technology startup develops an artificial intelligence tutor that currently serves between 1.5 million and 2 million learners. Prior to his current entrepreneurial venture, he completed a software engineering internship at Groq from May to December 2024, where he built cloud infrastructure and contributed to an open-source repository that accumulated over 900 stars. He is currently pursuing a computer science degree at Michigan State University for the class of 2026 and previously participated in buildspace cohorts while building custom models like a generative pre-trained transformer from scratch in PyTorch. Kapadia maintains a primary focus on developing low-level artificial intelligence tooling, hardware acceleration applications, and scalable consumer education products.
