Slavo Tuleya

Slavo Tuleya is the Chief Executive Officer of Kiuub and Managing Partner at Chop Chop Ventures, a pre-seed investment fund focused on business-to-business software-as-a-service companies. He launched Kiuub in 2019 as an innovation studio specializing in no-code development, service design, and early-stage venture building. Prior to his current roles, Tuleya served as the Chief Executive Officer of the venture capital firm ZAKA.vc. He also co-founded SKODA AUTO DigiLab, where he helped establish corporate innovation operations across Prague, Tel Aviv, and Beijing. His academic background includes international studies across the United Kingdom, Austria, and Kazakhstan, and he currently shares industry insights as a co-author of The Caffeine Capitalist newsletter. Tuleya focuses his current investments and venture building efforts on early-stage startups driving digital transformation for small and medium enterprises throughout the Central and Eastern European region.
