Sitar Teli is the Managing Partner at Connect Ventures, where she directs early-stage investments in innovative technology startups. She has operated as a dedicated venture capital professional since 2008, accumulating over 15 years of institutional experience identifying, evaluating, and funding emerging technology companies. Prior to joining Connect Ventures, Teli served as an investor at Doughty Hanson Technology Ventures, where she notably led the firm's Series A financing round in the global audio platform SoundCloud. Throughout her career, she has built a diverse portfolio of investments that includes early-stage backing for specialized technology startups such as Faks, Torg, Woolf University, Customuse, and the audio technology firm aiCoustics.
