Sir Martin Sorrell

Sir Martin Sorrell is the Founder and Executive Chairman of S4 Capital and Co-Founder and Partner at S4S Ventures. Previously, he served as the CEO of WPP plc for 33 years, transforming the business into the world's largest advertising and marketing services company with £15 billion in revenues and a £16 billion market capitalization by 2018. Before founding WPP, he spent nine years as the Group Financial Director at Saatchi & Saatchi plc and graduated from Cambridge University and Harvard Business School. In 2018, he established S4 Capital, a publicly traded digital advertising firm that subsequently acquired and merged MediaMonks and MightyHive to form the unitary brand Media.Monks. Under his leadership, S4 Capital expanded to employ over 9,000 people across 32 countries. His current focus centers on scaling technology-led digital advertising, media investments, and data-driven marketing services.
