Siobhan Clarke

Siobhan Clarke is the Chair and Non-Executive Director at Qubis, and is currently based in London, UK. She brings over 25 years of global technology experience, including an eight-year corporate tenure at Cisco, where she led IT projects and SaaS commercial development across London, Singapore, and San Francisco. Previously, Clarke served as a Partner at Episode 1 Ventures and an Operating Partner at bp Launchpad, where she managed a growing five-company portfolio focused specifically on net-zero energy investments. In addition to her primary board role, she holds Chair positions at Supercritical and Streamba Ltd, serves on the investment committee for Techstart Ventures, and co-authored "The Founder Handbook" in March 2020. Holding an MBA from Manchester Business School, her current professional focus centers on venture governance, science commercialization, and scaling early-stage deep tech and artificial intelligence enterprises.
