Singari Seshadri

Singari Seshadri currently serves as the Head of Portfolio for Nike’s Valiant Labs, where she oversees corporate innovation and consumer technology initiatives. She initially began her professional career working in the venture capital sector after earning her MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1996. Transitioning from investment to direct company building, Seshadri founded Samiti, a specialized incubator and crowdfunding platform designed specifically to fund and support early-stage women entrepreneurs. She subsequently evolved this initial business model into Sparkup, a dedicated network assisting women returning to the professional workforce following extended career breaks. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she launched and directed the Stanford Rebuild initiative, an entrepreneurial program that ultimately attracted over 5,000 global participant sign-ups. Her professional background centers on bridging venture capital, early-stage startup incubation, and enterprise-level portfolio management across multiple consumer industries.
