Silvio Memme is an Associate on the investment team at OMERS Ventures, a venture capital firm based in Toronto, Canada. Prior to entering the technology investment sector, he spent nearly a decade in the automotive industry, beginning his engineering career focused on product development at Ferrari in Maranello, Italy, in 2012. He subsequently held engineering and development roles at Alfa Romeo before pivoting his career trajectory and earning his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School in 2020. Following his graduation, Memme transitioned into venture capital by securing a post-graduate internship at OMERS Ventures, successfully converting the position into a full-time investment role after a six-month period.
