Siddika Jaffer

Siddika Jaffer is the Head of Ventures at IAG Loyalty, where she invents and scales new businesses across the group, and serves as a Venture Scout at the pre-Series A fund Ada Ventures. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at McKinsey and BCG Digital Ventures, guiding teams to build and grow early-stage enterprises alongside corporate partners and institutional investors. Before transitioning into corporate venturing, Jaffer founded and successfully exited a restaurant technology startup that was ranked by Forbes as one of the top five companies in its specific sector. Her broader industry contributions have earned her formal recognition as a Global Leader of the Islamic Economy twice by the Islamica 500 publication.
