Siddharth Srivastava

Siddharth Srivastava is a Venture Partner at First Cheque and a product leader at Instawork, based in Bengaluru, India. He previously served as the Co-founder and Chief Product Officer of Able Jobs, an employability and upskilling platform backed by Y Combinator that was acquired by Instawork in July 2024. During his tenure, Able Jobs raised $2.3 million from investors including Elevation Capital, served three million users, and placed over 35,000 early-career professionals across 2,500 partner companies. Before establishing this job-tech venture, Srivastava worked as a Product Manager at Udacity, served as an Associate Product Manager at Playment, and co-founded Sworlite, a social networking application incubated at IIT Kanpur. The Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree currently focuses on developing career mobility products and providing strategic support to early-stage Indian founders raising their initial venture funding rounds.
