Siddharth Agarwal

Siddharth Agarwal is a Delhi-based Vice President at Matrix Partners India and its venture capital subsidiary Z47, where he leads early-stage investments. Before transitioning to private equity in late 2021, he built extensive operating experience as the Chief Strategy Officer at Ecom Express and the Assistant Vice President of Payments at Paytm. Earlier in his career, Agarwal worked as a Consultant at BCG and earned a postgraduate degree in finance and marketing from the Indian School of Business, following his computer science engineering degree from RVCE. In his current investment role, he focuses primarily on consumer internet businesses, e-commerce evolution, marketplaces, consumer services, transportation, software, and artificial intelligence.
