Siddhant Lad

Siddhant Lad is the co-founder of Iris, an artificial intelligence calendar assistant and scheduling platform currently participating in the Y Combinator Fall 2025 batch. As a software developer who began programming at age eleven, he has successfully deployed twelve distinct applications into production that collectively support a base of over 2,500 active users. His technical expertise spans complex consumer systems, mobile frontend development, and machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow Lite and PyTorch, alongside cloud infrastructure management via AWS. Lad established Iris alongside his cousin and co-founder Samika Sanghvi, and the emerging startup is notably advised by Siri founder Adam Cheyer and one of Siri's original technical founding engineers. His current professional focus centers on developing autonomous AI agents that streamline daily enterprise productivity by managing email communications and automating complex calendar workflows through natural language processing.
