Shyam Mani

Shyam Mani is currently an Analyst at Bain Capital, operating as a technology and venture capital professional with specialized expertise in deal automation and private equity. He recently graduated from Northwestern University, where he completed his studies in statistics, computer science, and entrepreneurship while simultaneously co-founding a national nonprofit organization and working alongside a refugee rehabilitation non-governmental organization. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mani developed his institutional investment background through analytical roles at Susquehanna Growth Equity and the financial technology venture firm CMFG Ventures. He previously automated deal flow processes at DealDock and completed multiple internships across venture-backed startups and a middle-market private equity firm. Recently featured as a guest on the Let's Talk Venture podcast, his current technical and investment focus centers on DevOps, cybersecurity tools, financial technology, and software-as-a-service platforms for slow-moving industries.
