Shy Datika

Shy Datika is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of INX Limited, a regulated digital asset and security token trading platform, and is based in Israel. Prior to establishing INX in 2017, he founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of ILS Brokers, an independent inter-dealer broker based in Tel Aviv that specialized in foreign exchange and interest rate derivatives. Datika has accumulated over two decades of senior executive experience operating within both traditional banking institutions and the emerging technology and startup ecosystems. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Business Management from Ono Academic College, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science from Tel Aviv University. Datika currently focuses on bridging the gap between legacy financial markets and modern blockchain technology through regulatory-compliant digital securities and cryptocurrency trading infrastructure.
