Shuja Keen

Shuja Keen is a Founding Partner at NYA Labs, Mentors Fund, and Seven Eight Six, where he focuses on early-stage venture capital and building AI-native enterprise solutions. Earlier in his career, he was a founding team member at the investment holding company The Resource Group and served as a Board Director at the publicly traded customer experience firm ibex for 18 years. At Mentors Fund, he co-chairs the investment committee overseeing a portfolio of over 100 companies, including investments in Maven AGI, RealWear, and Afiniti. He earned an S.B. in finance and operations research from the MIT Sloan School of Management, where he also founded and chairs the annual MIT AI Conference, now in its seventh year. Keen currently focuses on accelerating artificial intelligence adoption across traditional enterprises through capital-efficient startups and technology-enabled services.
