Shriya Nevatia

Shriya Nevatia is an early-stage technology investor and former Partner at On Deck based in New York, New York. During her tenure at On Deck, she directed the flagship founder program, scaling internal operations to support hundreds of early-stage entrepreneurs globally. Previously, she served as an Investor at Lerer Hippeau, where she evaluated seed-stage technology startups and managed a robust pipeline of consumer and enterprise software investments. Before entering venture capital, Nevatia founded The Violet Society, a community organization providing mentorship to over 100 women and non-binary founders, and held technical product roles at technology companies including Glitch. Nevatia earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Tufts University, and her career has since centered on leveraging her technical expertise to identify promising emerging software platforms and cultivate diverse entrepreneurial ecosystems across the venture capital landscape.
