Shreyans Gangwal

Shreyans Gangwal is a Vice President at Fireside Ventures based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. In his current role, he leads early-stage investments across the Indian consumer internet and direct-to-consumer sectors, deploying capital for a firm with over $175 million in total assets under management. Gangwal has been involved with more than 20 portfolio companies, including notable consumer brands like Sugar Cosmetics and Mamaearth, and recently led a new investment in a D2C wellness startup during the first quarter of 2025. Prior to joining Fireside Ventures, he worked in investment banking at Avendus Capital, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions within the broader consumer sector. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Indian School of Business and currently focuses on scaling innovative consumer brands across the beauty, wellness, and food and beverage categories.
