Shraga Katz

Shraga Katz is a Partner at Magma Venture Partners and a Venture Partner at Hetz Ventures, based in Israel. Before entering the venture capital sector in 2006, he founded Ceragon Networks in 1996, serving as President and Chief Executive Officer until 2005 and leading the wireless networking company to a NASDAQ listing. His early career featured a 17-year tenure in the Israeli Defense Forces, where he directed the Electronic Research and Development Department for the Ministry of Defense. Katz later spent eight years as Chairman of the Board at Allot until 2016, and he currently holds director positions at technology startups including AutoTalks, PayKey, and Teridion. Holding a Bachelor of Science from the Technion and an MBA from Tel Aviv University, his current focus centers on guiding early-stage technology investments across the Israeli venture ecosystem.
