Shira Eting

Shira Eting is a Partner at Vintage Investment Partners, where she oversees healthcare and climate investments across fund-of-funds, direct late-stage, and secondary strategies. At the firm, which manages $4 billion in assets under management across 15 active funds, she progressed from Senior Associate to her current leadership role. Eting has directed healthcare fund-of-funds commitments to seven general partners, engaging with prominent venture capital firms such as General Catalyst, Versant Ventures, and venBio. Her portfolio activity also includes executing direct investments, highlighted by her initial direct backing of the digital health startup OneStep. Prior to entering the venture capital industry, she managed operations for the non-formal education NGO Mechinat Bnei Zion. Today, her primary professional focus remains on identifying and allocating capital to emerging and established managers within the global healthcare and climate technology sectors.
