Shinjan Dasgupta

Shinjan Dasgupta is a Senior Technology Analyst at Cottonwood Technology Fund, based in Eindhoven, North Brabant, Netherlands. Joining the venture capital firm in November 2019, he manages two direct reports and conducts engineering analysis for deep tech portfolio evaluation across Funds I through IV. Before entering the investment sector, Dasgupta served as Chief Innovation Officer at Proxible from 2013 to 2016 and spent eight years as a Principal Consultant at Cognizant Technology Solutions. His earlier corporate career includes technical roles as an SAP Consultant at Rabobank ICT and a Production Engineer at Larsen & Toubro Limited. Dasgupta currently focuses on technical diligence and commercialization strategies for early-stage intellectual property within sectors like photonics, semiconductors, and advanced materials.
