Shilpa Dias

Shilpa Dias is an Angel at Angel Physicians Fund and a private practice acupuncturist based in the Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati area. She practiced medicine in Mumbai, India, for two years before relocating to the United States in 1997 to earn a master’s degree from the New York College of Health Professions. At Angel Physicians Fund, a firm with $5 million in raised capital, she evaluates early-stage investments across medical devices and diagnostics, backing portfolio companies like Foldax, Elucid, and Moray Medical. Her dual career combines over two decades of direct patient care with strategic capital allocation in the broader life sciences sector.
