Sheryl Hunter, Esquire

Sheryl Hunter, Esquire is the President of Hunter Business Law and a Partner at Florida Funders, based in Tampa, Florida. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1995 and previously practiced as an attorney at Trenam Law before establishing her own independent firm. Over her 20-year legal career, Hunter has represented early-stage investors and growth-stage companies, including TampaBay.Ventures and the Synapse board of directors, guiding them through entity formation, intellectual property matters, and mergers and acquisitions.
