Sheridan Hammond

Sheridan Hammond is the Founder of Kosmos Ventures, a multi-strategy investment firm based in Margaret River, Western Australia. Under his leadership, the firm has backed over 280 projects across blockchain infrastructure, decentralized finance, and GameFi, including early investments in Solana, Algorand, and The Graph. Before establishing this dedicated blockchain investment vehicle, he built a real estate portfolio as a teenager and founded multiple startups across the healthcare and marine industries. Hammond is a licensed Master Mariner holding an MCA MC4 certification from Maritime College, alongside health coaching credentials from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Applying his extensive study of human performance and psychology, he has taught more than 7,000 classes and 100 workshops. His current focus centers on scaling Kosmos Ventures and identifying early-stage infrastructure opportunities within the broader decentralized technology ecosystem.
