Shelley Zhuang

Shelley Zhuang is the Founder and Managing Partner of 11.2 Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm primarily based in New York, NY. Previously, she served as a Principal at the venture firm DFJ, managing investments in startups like FeedBurner and Flurry before their respective acquisitions by Google and Yahoo. Her 15-year technology career includes roles as Executive Vice President of Business Development at Ecoplast Technologies and as a software engineer at Google, focusing on search relevance and large-scale data systems. Zhuang holds a PhD in Computer Science from UC Berkeley and currently serves as an advisor at the university's SkyDeck startup accelerator program.
