Shelby Herrington

Shelby Herrington is a Vice President at Silversmith Capital Partners, a venture capital firm where she specializes in software and services investments. She joined the firm in 2019 and focuses primarily on the Software as a Service and Information Services sectors, with a specific emphasis on sales, marketing, and content management technology. Prior to her current role, Herrington gained financial industry experience through positions at Audax Group and Bain Capital Credit. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree summa cum laude in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University. During her undergraduate studies, she served as the captain of the Division I women’s ice hockey team, leading the roster to its first Hockey East Championship in program history. Herrington's current focus remains on identifying and evaluating emerging enterprise software companies across the broader technology sector.
