Sheetal Bahl

Sheetal Bahl is a Partner at Merak Ventures based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, where she focuses on seed and Series A investments in early-stage technology startups. In this role, she manages a $100 million fund raised in 2024 to back deep tech enterprises and oversees a portfolio of more than 20 companies, including HealthifyMe, Whatfix, and Unacademy. She recently participated in the January 2025 seed funding round for SuperOps.ai and evaluates artificial intelligence trends within the broader ecosystem. Prior to joining Merak Ventures, Bahl served as Managing Partner at Endiya Partners and held investment roles at Matrix Partners India and Intel Capital. Bahl holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a B.Tech from IIT Delhi, and her current focus remains on scaling emerging market startups across the enterprise SaaS, fintech, and healthtech sectors.
