Shayna Harris is the Co-Founder and General Partner at Supply Change Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on technical supply chains. She brings two decades of experience operating and investing in the food sector, holding more than 35 patents in areas including chocolate technology, packaging, and business operations. Previously, Harris served as Chief Operating Officer at Farmer’s Fridge, where she helped scale the business to multi-million dollar revenue, and was a Partner with Portfolia’s Food & Ag Fund. Her corporate background includes pioneering sustainable sourcing initiatives at Mars and Stonyfield, complemented by her academic tenure as a Fulbright Scholar with education from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Boston University. Harris currently focuses on leveraging her extensive operational expertise to identify and fund innovative food science and supply chain technologies from startups to enterprise levels.
