Shay Grinfeld is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Greenfield Partners, an investment fund based in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, and serves as a Senior Advisor to TPG Growth. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Thylacine Capital and held chief executive roles at Illuminare Biotechnologies and eGlue, which was acquired by NICE. A former F-16 fighter pilot in the Israel Air Force, Grinfeld earned a bachelor's degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School. He currently oversees a portfolio with more than $1 billion in assets under management, directing capital into enterprise software and cybersecurity startups such as BigPanda, Coralogix, and VAST Data. Following notable exits, including the $600 million sale of Guardicore to Akamai, his primary focus remains on scaling early growth-stage technology and artificial intelligence companies globally.
