Shawn Kung

Shawn Kung is a Co-Creator and Investor at GIT1K, a Venture Partner at AV8 Ventures, and an independent angel investor and strategic advisor based in Belton, Texas. Before transitioning into venture capital, he held senior product management roles across the enterprise technology sector, including serving as Head of Products for Data Platform and Cloud Services at Tenable. He also previously worked as a Senior Director of Product Management for multiple prominent semiconductor and data analytics corporations. In addition to his corporate leadership experience, Kung served as an Adjunct Lecturer at Stanford University, where he previously earned his master's degree following a bachelor's degree from Princeton University. His current professional focus centers on advising and investing in early-stage enterprise technology and software companies, leveraging his extensive operational background in data platforms, cloud services, and semiconductor product development.
