Shauntel Poulson

Shauntel Poulson is a Co-founder and General Partner at Reach Capital, an investment firm focused exclusively on the education technology sector. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, alongside dual master's degrees from Stanford University, where she earned both an MBA from the Graduate School of Business and an MA in Education from the Graduate School of Education. Prior to her professional career in venture capital, Poulson engaged in various volunteer tutoring and mentoring programs that initially shaped her interest in educational development. She has also been involved with Culture Shift Labs, a consulting firm specializing in diversity, innovation strategy, and activation advising. Poulson currently focuses on supporting early-stage founders who are building technological solutions designed to create meaningful learning experiences across the broader education ecosystem.
