Shannon Poulos

Shannon Poulos is the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer for Global Private Equity at Bain Capital. She has spent nearly two decades at the alternative investment firm, specializing in private equity operations, fund administration, and financial leadership across its global portfolio. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Poulos spent six years working in the Investment Management practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. During her tenure at the multinational public accounting firm, she focused primarily on alternative investment products and earned her professional credentials as a Certified Public Accountant. Before beginning her corporate finance career, she completed her undergraduate education by earning a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Bridgewater State College. Her professional background bridges traditional public accounting and institutional investment management, with a current focus on directing the complex financial operations of global private equity funds.
