Shanelle Roman

Shanelle Roman is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nebula, an emerging developer tools startup focused on building a code navigation platform for microservices. Originally from Minnesota, she began her career in the technology sector as a Product Manager at Google. During her tenure at Google, Roman specifically directed the buying experience and product strategy for a newly introduced line of digital advertising products. She holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Yale University, which provided the technical foundation for her subsequent transition into enterprise software development. Her current company, which is backed by the startup accelerator Y Combinator, addresses the complexities of understanding and debugging complex distributed systems for modern engineering teams. Roman remains focused on advancing productivity software and developer infrastructure to streamline microservice architecture management across the global technology industry.
