Shally Shanker

Shally Shanker is the Founder and Managing Partner at AiiM Partners, a climate technology and impact investment firm based in Palo Alto, California. Prior to founding AiiM Partners, she served as the Director of Mission Investing at The Schmidt Family Foundation and as Vice President of Investments at Hillspire LLC. She also previously conducted research at the Solutions Science Lab at the Stanford School of Medicine, focusing on community-based health prevention programs. Over her 22-year investment career, Shanker has held 16 board seats and directed 50 percent of her firm's assets toward women founders and chief executive officers. Her current portfolio targets companies addressing 84 percent of global greenhouse gas emissions within a $17 trillion market opportunity. Today, Shanker focuses on providing early-revenue capital to technology companies optimizing resource efficiency across digital infrastructure, energy, and global supply chains.
