Shakir Aslam

Shakir Aslam is an Investment Analyst in the Venture Capital group at Amaana Capital, based in Pakistan. Previously, he served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Jiye Technologies, where he supported the chief financial officer with financial planning and growth strategy, and worked as a Data Analyst at Kalpay Financials to assist with the platform's initial product launch. He also worked as a Research Assistant at the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) on a World Bank-funded Covid-19 disease progression modeling project and founded a SAT tutoring center in Rahim Yar Khan. Aslam holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from LUMS, completed the Harvard Business School Crossroads Emerging Leaders Program, and cleared the CFA Level 2 examination with distinction.
