Shaherose Charania is a General Partner at TEN13, an early-stage venture capital firm, based in Vancouver, British Columbia. In her current role, she oversees investments in enterprise software and artificial intelligence startups, managing a portfolio backed by the firm's $100 million in assets under management and a newly closed $50 million fund. Prior to joining TEN13 in 2022, Charania served as Chief Operating Officer at Clio, a legal technology unicorn that has raised over $900 million, and as Vice President of Operations at Wave Accounting before its acquisition by H&R Block. She began her early career at Electronic Arts and holds a business degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University. As an investor, Charania currently focuses on leveraging her extensive operational expertise to scale early-stage enterprise software, legal tech, and fintech companies across the venture ecosystem.
